MAKE COURSE 101

​

This course will provide you with the basic skills to execute a simple makeup look that includes all the steps needed for a full face.  We will be studying each section of the face to enhance our skills and taking a test at the end of each section before we move forward to the next section. 

 

Students will learn the basics of facial anatomy, and will learn the fundamentals of eyes, lips and cheeks to complete a natural, as well as an enhanced, evening look.  Creating a hygienic work space, including the proper care of brushes and other tools.  

 

During this 8 week course we will go over things such as: 

 

Eyes - how to apply eye makeup and 2 different looks … eye shape 

Lips- lips liner lips stick lip gloss 

Foundation / concealer- liquid, powder, compact 

 

Eyes products- the different type of eye products. Primer / base / matte / shimmer / frost / glitter shadow / eyeliner / lashes 

Lip products - matte / sheen / gloss / lip liner / 

Skin products - primer / tinted moisturizer / liquid foundation / powder 

 

Skin Prep- wash/hydrate/moisturize/prime

 

Tools and brushes-  what tools and brushed are needed and used for each section of the face.

 

Students will be provided a course packet along with the syllabus on the first day.  We will also be taking small field trips along with special guest artist training.  Start date will be Sept 7 from 11:30-12:30pm and will be for an entire 8 weeks every Saturday at 11:30am until end of course.  Test will be taken each day before or after daily lesson.  If there is interest in continuing the course we will visit signing your glam teen or you up for a continued internship program.

 

Course included basic kit, tools, and cost for outside trips and training.  Course cost is 450.00 + 100.00 kit cost and can be paid in installments of 4 payments of 112.50.  Deposit will be your first installment along with the kit cost.  Your instructor will need to be contacted if a class needs to be rescheduled or all funds will be forfeited.  Payments and contracts will need to be paid and signed 1 week prior to class or student will forfiet start date.  Forms of payment include our website store at thebrowdr.com, Square(in-person), Cash, or Apple Pay *PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLINE AND SQUARE TRANSACTIONS INCLUDE TAXES AND FEES
